Try writing r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart into the bootstrapper.

HannesC Nevermind I used this https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/9751/windowed-fullscreen-fixes-alt-tab-stupid-crashes Now I can open multiplayer but I can't open zombies
