Fix game crash when you enter on a server.

This is for those people that have issues with the game.
If you game crash when you try to enter in a server just do this.
Open the console in the game and change the value of "seta com_maxfps "
The value can't go over "189", is this value is set at 190 or 0 then the game will crash. I think that this must be a bug, because is the first time that I see something like this. -

Dss0 Hi, yes I play with full screen. And when I put those two values the game instantly crash when I enter in a server.
