FPS DROPS!!!!

Please help, I usually get around 150-200 frames. but recently, (i havent changed any settings) I started getting around 5-6 frames in BO2. every other game on my pc works fine. Help please.

Dss0 I dont have a boostrapper option. all i have is the plutonium updater

oxceaa the bin folder does not contain plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe? Without that file the game doesn't work at all.
