T4 WAW Controller Not Working

My Controller doesn't work in-game I have tried all the help given to me by a Plutonium Staff Member but nothing worked. my DS4 is up-to-date and I don't have steam open so I don't know why it isn't working.
If anyone can help me it would be appreciated.

I downloaded ugx map manager. and also requiem from it. which has controller support for xbox 360 controlers. works w/ my xbox one... an also such works well on other maps so far.
