When I play t4 It crashes saying this message
The cause was that I was changing some settings to improve performance in commands.

If its really those commands you entered rename your config to generate a new one. If that works please upload the config that causes your crash.

Caused by being impatient, delete plutonium.new.exe and plutonium.exe and download a clean version from the forum.
