error pops up saying "Error while downloading file bin/AppCore.dll: open C:\Users\amaha\AppData\Local\Plutonium\bin\AppCore.dll: Access is denied." help I dont know what to do.

frisk its fixed I had to uninstall this anti virus that prob prevented it
