it says Failed to fetch info: Get "https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/prod.json": dial tcp 18.204.152.241:443: connectex: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. it wont let me open the game

Try changing DNS to 1.1.1.1 or try a VPN.
