"Infinite" Game Over

When i join a lobby where currently nobody plays (0/4), i just see game over, and it never ends. What to do?

Can be either caused due to a fucked up server config or it just has the minplayer dvar (forgot what it was) set - which means a particular amount of people required to join the server before starting the round. Some servers have this set to 2. So in short, join another server or get someone else to join you in that server for the match to start.
