What kind of other prove could any player give to you?

I have no access to player data which probably saves the game stats which are a pretty good evidence as human capabilities are limit.
With your level of optimism, maybe you should have not become a moderator. lol, just saying.

I have attached a screenshot.

Such stats with a ping of over 100+ will prove that he is hacking. Previous game had a higher ratio but I have no screenshot, I assume you have access to player kill ratio data.
