Black ops 2 was designed for windows 7 why the hell i can't play it on windows 7 now? black ops is a 2012 game, theirs no need for this bad requirement

can i play the game on windows 7?? is their anyway to make it work on windows 7 because i cant upgrade my PC now and i want to play multiplayer

just found out that plutonium don't support win 7 anymore. well that's bad because most players have win 7 so the game will lose many players.

after i choose the file where call of duty black ops 2 is in and press play, the launcher stop responding i tried many times, any solutions?
