when i create my custom classes in the public match section, and i enter a match, they reset like i've never opened the game before, how can i fix this?

what was the command for max level? i want to create a class and i'm not even level 4

when i open the game from the plutonium launcher, it opens the console and the game menu, but it doesn't let me watch the main menu screen, and i'm only allowed to see the console. If someone knows how to solve this, please help me.
