I used to run 120-140 fps on black ops 2 in a multiplier game now its stuck at 62 in lobby and when I load up in a game it goes down to 10 and sometimes it would go back up to 120 but only for like 5 seconds I already optimized my game to high I also clicked disable full full screen optimization.
