Plutonium

My call of duty black ops 2 and 1 are both doing the same thing. I have everything correct on my firewall and virus protection but nothing will fix it. Any advice?

Anytime I load in and launch T5 it gives me a screen showing
and in the command prompt it says

We have already asked in the discord server and ZacDaWack tried helping but we still haven't found a fix so anything will help.
