Plutonium

would my local appdata folder be in a separate plutonium folder or in my bo2 game files?

For whatever reason, all the maps in zombies are absent and I only have TranZit. Also there are leftover assets from a mod pack I no longer have that don't seem to go away. Is there a method to completely reset everything about Plutonium so I can just have all my maps back without any mods whatsoever?
