So apparently the problem comes from the missing file en_plutonium_ui.ff. Do you know were could I find it please?

Can someone please help me? The game is still crashing with the same error

Gabovarrr They could be down but it's now almost 3 days that BO (and BO only) doesn't work, so maybe the problem comes from an update they added to this specific game

I managed to find a crash reference ID, it may help to solve the problem:

The following error occurs when I try to launch the game, both in Zombies and MP (the exception adress given here is for Zombies):
Exception Code: 0xC0000005
Exception Address: 0x0071F125
I also noticed my screen resolution changes automatically, which could be the cause of the error.
Does someone know how to fix it please?
