Help, when I start a zombie game or bo2 multiplayer it takes me out of servers by mistake and there is not a single game to which it lets me enter, what can I do?

When starting the game, it stays on the loading screen and the bar advances to the end, after that it freezes for a few minutes and takes me out either in zombies or multi. help!
