Plutonium does not modify anything on your pc that could cause such behaviour. The problem must be somewhere else.

Befor I Install Plutonium and My Games Working Good But After Install it im now geting every game 10 fps and lower how to fix this problem

Befor I Get From Call Of Duty Black ops 2 40 FPS
But When I install Plutonium the game is slow and get 18 fps
i delete game and install it again but same problem
