I'm also on Win 7 and have same issue. Is there any workaround for this issue besides updating WIndows? The game ran perfectly fine before the update.

launcher doesnt responds when i click play on bo2 multiplayerI have same issue. Also on Win 7. Oddly the game worked perfectly fine before the latest update. Is there any known workaround besides updating Windows?
