I had same issue, but found small solution - play whole round, earn as many ranks as possible, then wait till next round starts, exit match and all ranks/stats should be saved.

when i search for multiplayer servers, system finds only US servers with 300+ ping. Are there any EU or RU servers?

I had same issue, but then just switched game language to english and it launched.
