@alvaroo278 most servers use a server administration software called IW4MAdmin which has a vpn detection plugin. Sometimes the api that plugin uses to check if the ip of a player belongs to a vpn falsely flags domestic ips as vpn ips. The only thing you can do is contact whoever runs the server(s) you're trying to join, this is unrelated to pluto itself.
