Even though it was a genuine mistake?

My ban was due to running mods whilst not on LAN mode. I ran injector mods on bo1 solo zombies thinking it was fine but got kicked out of my account and got banned for over 30000 days. Is it possible to get unbanned from this? My first temp ban was completely my fault, but the second one was an accidental mistake. Are you able to get unbanned from a perma or will it stay banned.

WolflexZ my first ban was a while ago. it was on bo2 and since then i havent even played that game. I dont understand why i got banned whilst playing solo zombies.

i was playing black ops 1 zombies and got perma banned for using mods on solo kino. i wasnt even playing with anybody else. Was this against the rules? my first temp ban was a while ago but i havent been using exploits of any kind on servers or public games. pls help.
