Plutonium

I know this is a subject that has been discussed before, but I wanted to know if anyone at all discovered any method to do this since then.
I have tried multiple methods I found online, and none of them work. I even tried opening my Steam BO2 alongside the plutonium BO2 (Effectively having two BO2 instances open at the same time) and even with this, when I close the plutonium BO2 instance, it won't track the hours.
If someone could investigate further. If at least a Plutonium staff or developer could confirm if they would, at some point, look into making this possible or not.
It's just me and multiple people would like to track the time we play BO2, and there are third party methods, but they are overly complicated and I think most people would prefer to have their time played centrally tracked in one place.
