@Sativial eventually they will have to be .iwi yeah however its easier to have them as normal images to instantly start modifying them and then convert those to iwi if you want the iwi Lmk

@Qnite-Sativial I've read it 2 times and you didn't mention that you tried to download the dlcs again. You only mentioned "i tried several times" which me (and of course many others) thought you simply paused and resumed the download and it was still stuck at that same percentage. With that attitude, I'm not gonna try helping you anymore. Best of luck.
