Plutonium

This happens on T5 and T6 but when I have for instance my headphones plugged in, if I unplug them and plug them back in I lose all audio until I restart the game. Any idea's how to restore sound without restarting?

(Also unrelated but the dual CZ75's seem to be completely broken in online multiplayer. Spawning in with no ammo, and completely crash the game on solo)

Honestly this is probably a silly question, but once I installed T5 and loaded in the FOV is so shrunken in it's basically unplayable. There isn't any settings to actively change it so is there a config file I can edit or something?
