Plutonium

Whenever trying to play online or even private match on IW5 i get stuck on Connecting to Online Services, I believe this is not my internet being an issue as someone else who live in the same house as me can connect no issue whatsoever, I have tried re-installing and downloading the game twice and no fix yet. I am using the MW3 dedicated server on steam instead of the full game. ty for any help !
