No EU maps or human players in BO1BO2 is most populated COD on Plutonium if you want PVP. BO1 always hasn't had many players in MP on Plutonium.
And no the base servers ain't better than Plutonium there is a ton of unpatched security risk in the base MP and ZM servers. Everytime you play on those servers you are risking your PC since cheaters can rat into your PC on base servers.

T4 Disk InstallationShould just get it on Steam (Steam's major Fall sale is next month i think) i believe once they roll out Owner verification the disc versions won't work anymore anyway since the way of proving you own the game is via Steam
