I tried to hop on the game this weekend to play with the boys per usual plutonium asks for you to login every single time you boot it. So I typed in the password and didnt get it right the first few times. After that I tried to request an email to reset my password(never came). And I kept trying, eventually I tried every password and I got left looking at this screen.

I'm requesting an investigation into what I believe may be an erroneous account ban.

My username is Xenonnic, alternate is aurorawhs. I recently attempted to log in and after many failed login attempts I received a ban for 932 years.

I've never cheated, used alternate accounts(this is my wifes account), or knowingly violated Plutonium's rules. This is my original account.

I understand Plutonium's policy regarding ban appeals, but I'm asking whether someone could verify that this ban was applied correctly or investigate a possible account or anti-cheat error.
