not sure why bo3 wouldnt be added due to "being sued" but bo1 and bo2 were also by Treyarch and published by Activision ontop of that we have mw3 on here which isnt too far behind bo3 so if you wouldn't mind to explain what the difference including bo3 is? I generally dont know so would be helpful to understand more
