every time i try to hop on bo2 zombies i get an error message saying that i have been disconnected from black ops 2 server?
i can't even play the solo

after i played bo2 mp on some servers i closed bo2 switched to zombies then came back only to found that all my progress and custom classes etc. have all vanished can anyone help with this?
