Plutonium

First time I do this and I'm not really asking anything, yesterday I was playing in the bo1 zombies on the bunker map, it's one of a mod, and I was touched by very unpleasant people who were insulting me and saying many ugly things that hurt me a little, they accused me of using cheats or something like that and now I can't enter any server to play, does anyone have a solution for this?
