Hi guys, so I went to reinstall Plutonium to play with a friend of mine, and both T6 and T5 show this screen. I can't seem to fix it. Can anyone help me?

Problems running BO1Oh hi, my name is Aìsha, I'm having trouble limiting my fps in bo1 in the settings itself. I left it limited to 40 because my notebook is weak and I ended up discovering that my game is still running at 60 fps. Is there a command or something like that that I can use to limit my fps to 30 like in bo2?
