Kenshin9977 i had this same error and i solved by Enabling WAN IPV6 on my route

yeah, they expliqued all to me, and i got unbanned, the problem is that i got reported multiple times and they suggested me to record every match just to be sure.
So for one time i got a "good ending"

maybe before banning someone should check that
