I might have a possible solution. I went to allow app through windows firewall, hit the change settings button, and checked all the boxes for plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe, and now I'm able to enter the nameless noobs tdm server.

I'm having the same issue. No solution so far

The black screen on launch is caused by enabling Sync Every Frame in the graphics settings.

You can fix this by going into: Users/YOURUSERNAME/AppData/Local/Plutonium/storage/t4/players

From here edit the plutonium_mp file and hit control+F in notepad, and search for "sync", it'll take you to the line that says:
seta r_vsync "1"

Change this to:
seta r_vsync "0"

Then save the file and restart plutonium. Your game should work now.
