damsblc i left because kiels and freestyle both wanted subscription into the server, i made a community post that clearly showed that people were against it but kiels only cared about getting money so he basically forced it into the server. I was always against subscription model since i found them very predatory. With no other option i left the server since i didn't want to be affiliated with this kind of mentality and practise and gave away my cut of the month. Only a few days later kiels implemented multiple VIP tiers and literally a fucking shop add after loading into a server.

We used my paypal account at first since kiels paypal was/is banned and freestyle didn't rly want to handle that part, I only did 1 tier of VIP since the point was to just make enough to pay for the hosting expenses, i made i clear that i didn't want to turn VIP into a game breaking necessity just to make a quick buck and completely break the balancing of the server like old ztavern did and we all agreed on that.

After a month kiels started to get nervous because we weren't making enough money and wanted to make sure we had a steady flow of income which was weird for me since we made 8 times more than the VPS cost and the servers kept growing, then he said that he needed money for personal reason (that i won't say since it involved his private life) and basicly forced me to go back on my word.

So i left

I always knew kiels was here for the money, i just didn't realise that he was ready to sell his soul just to make 300 buck a month

Something i'm not going to ever do. If kiels really need money he can always create an indeed account, not ruining a really good server with good potential

flaanders92 there is a point when the person in question is acting like a lunatic and only does thing for money, he keep begging for money in vc to random people probably so that he can buy weed again, i call that parasitic behavior yes

personnaly gave him more than 200 euros, did a guide for his gamemode, personnaly took time off to help him report bug just for him to ask 50 euros to make an easier trade commands, he should be ashame of himself

damsblc been trying to calm him down for 3 years, at some point you have to accept he will never change

@Keenta just because the guy did 4 good gamemode ( 2 of them have been crashing for mounth) doesn't mean he has the right to squeeze every dime out of us and treating everyone like shit, your community should come first and it's clearly not the case here

plus all those are a year older and mostly speaking about in game money, yes kiels do refund but only for recent purchase (mainly because he can't and obviously if everyone refund their stuff when they quit, no money can be made) it doesn't mean it's ok to make people pay for raid pass then releasing it for free to a bunch of people on discord litteraly the next day, nobody is against kiels making some cash with the server, the main issue is the constant focus on money, every decision made in the last month as been about money (even in vc), money transaction now negativly impact the community ( privatization of server for money) instead of helping it, nobody had an issue with the old shop aside from the few p2w claim (which i don't think it was and got smaller as the time went by), kiels decided to remove it in order to provide a f2p experience for the community despite everyone telling him that while it was apreciated, it wasn't sustainable in the long run which kiels denied saying the funding were good, now he backpedal and the next day we see auction going over 100$, ofc some people won't have it

Ultrabars the thing is it's still not ok to do that, he made that decision on a whim because he was under the influence, the thing is that it keep hapenning every day and most of thoose decision have terrible consequence (a guy litteraly got 1m zcoins for free and became first zcoins for no reasonn might seem small with everything that's going on rn but it allways some dumb shit like this) i think kiels gave that raid pass because he thought that was funny while under influence whille disregarding luffy's support, i can't speak for luffy and i think he doesn't mind but that doesn't make it ok. The real question rn is: Is kiels making refund while breaking his TOS out of the kindness of his heart or just because plutonium is on his ass? My point is while i want to believe that kiels appologie was geniune, i also think it will happened again just because of his weed problem, i can't exacly force him to stop since that his personnal problem but for the 11 month i've been on this server, every stupid decision made by kiels was when he was under the influence, the way i see it, it will happen again one way or another if he doesn't stop

This post had to been made just to be heard, it was the only way, nobody here want kiels work to disapered since everyone here enjoy his work
but let's no pretend that he would have made this apologie without this protest (which is what that is)

P S: Just because someone show good faith doesn't mean all their mistake are forgiven, it wasn't the first time, i still don't think scammer is the right word as that would imply that he did that on purpose but he did screw over people because of his lack of forsight while under the influence
