I recently played bo1 on Plutonium, while it is still agreeable the servers are mostly filled with bots, in BO2 it is full of real people?

When playing, I can't pass killcam as it is "unbound" : "Press "UNBOUND" to respawn", but there is no killcam in the controls, so I don't know which one it is. Can anyone please tell me which control corresponds to the pass killcam thing please?
