Solution (sorry for bad formatting)

1. Navigate to folder "C:\Users(Name)\AppData\Local\Activision\CoDWaW\players\profiles"
2. Create a file called "active.txt"
3. Input the name of your profile with correct capitalization on line 1 and save the file
4. Make active.txt read only
5. Start the game
   5a. If this doesn't work try deleting all profile except the active one after step 4
