Every time I try to open plutonium.exe, Win10 prompts me with 'This app can't run on your PC, even though I have been able to run it all this time up untill today.

This app can't run on your PC -
Server startup errorI'm trying to host my own server to play against bots on my own.
I've been using plutonium for a couple of months now and haven't changed or moved any of the files downloaded.
Now all of a sudden I am receiving this error every time I launch the batch file. Any help is appreciated!
