Bo2 40 fps cap and 1 fps on main title screenI can run bo2 at max settings with my computer, I have a Ryzen 5 1600, 16gb RAM and an RX 580
this has happened before, a computer restart works usually but it's not now. it happens in both multiplayer and zombies.
I start the game up, the menu runs at a nice 60fps. Once I go into a game. my game caps at 40 fps. then when I get out of the game onto the menu again it literally drops to 0 fps. Has anyone had this problem and can tell me how to fix it?
