Hey guys, so I managed to fix this issue by deleting and redownloading my games (but keeping my files under appdata such as configs), and by going into the config files (which can be accessed by pressing windows + r and typing in %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t5\players) Once you're there, enter both config_mp.cfg and config.cfg and change the following bits of text to resemble this in notepad: seta r_fullscreen "0" seta r_noborder "1" seta vid_xpos "0" seta vid_ypos "0" If you are having trouble with world at war as well, then do the same for world at war. The problem I was having essentially was that my game files somehow got corrupted (which is weird because I wasn't even playing plutonium for almost a year). After I redownloaded the games, the games got stuck in this weird loop where they kept forcing the game into fullscreen about twice a second. This caused the screen to constantly flash or blackscreen. The fix is to essentially force the game to run in windowed borderless, which is the way you should be playing games these days anyway since it's basically just fullscreen but better.
