Haven't played plutonium before. When i run the game it runs a lot of files in command prompt. it gets stuck on "loading fastfile en_seasonpass_load_mp". I've tried putting "r_fullscreen 0" and then "vid_restart" but the commands don't seem to do anything. When i type one in and press enter nothing happens. I know its supposed to put the game in windowed mode but when I restart the game isn't windowed. Am I dumb?
