I'm looking for the main menu song file I would like to change it perhaps how would I go about doing this?

Animated Custom Camos?

That is the question. I'm looking for a tool specifically how iw4x has their animation tool for their custom camos. Now the game doesn't have animated camos this tool would make the image move mimicking animated camos. Now I'm looking for a tool to do such purpose.
