This post has been made a few other times and seems to be becoming a more prevalent issue. So, I'm going to go over some of the things that I have tried to do to fix it.
- Verify integrity of game files
- Run as administrator (both game and pluto launcher)
- Run in compatibility mode for all Widows versions
- Reinstalled all game files (BO2, Zombies, MP)
- Reinstalled plutonium
