bus speed can be boosted by up to 27% by a variable that is generated at the beginning of the game one for each of the 5 drives. you can also run ahead of stops before the bus fully stops to speed it up. there is a way to get 127% bus speed all destinations every time but its very secret youd have to find it yourself. dont know about any scripts or commands but i do think its possible to an extent.
