this cfg was made to lower the graphics more than what is allowed in the default game options
at 800x600 the game runs between 40-70 fps on an Intel HD Graphics 2000
Runs in Multiplayer/Singleplayer and Zombies
Download the 2 cfg configuration files

and put them in %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t4\players
and you are done

now the game will look like playstation 2 but it will run fine, if you don't care about the quality of the game and you only care about the fps you will probably appreciate this 
I HAVE TO MENTION THAT THESE CFG ALSO HAVE MY CONTROLS, SO YOU WILL HAVE TO CONFIGURE THE CONTROLS AGAIN TO YOUR LIKING
