DECoZ97 I did everything and it did nothing

So I just started playing BO2 Plutonium yesterday, and everytime I go in a zombies game, it runs normally for like 3-4 rounds and then crashes. After crashing, it displays this error message for 5 seconds and then closes.
If anybody can help me with this, it would be very much appreciated!
