the game crashed when I've been playing black ops 2 for a while.

I have msi afterburner, I don't use it to overclock, the only times I run it is to see my fps in games but never run it with plutonium black ops 2.

Try adding %localappdata%/Plutonium to defender's exclusions (here's an example https://streamable.com/5giauo).
