Do you need to have bo2 downloaded for piry to download correctly?

Will bo2 eventually work like mw3 and require you to login with an account? Or will you always have to port forward and use the console command?

Does pluto Bo2 or even normal steam Bo2 support splitscreen?

Is the server browser the only way to join public matches, and if not, how can I get the normal matchmaking system to work?
