Plutonium

Ive found that only crashes when im in an almost full or full game, idk why, but ive discovered that pattern. I get only screen freezes with high amount of people conected.

I dont know why, Ive playing for several years w no problem and now I alwayas get my screen frozen on every single game. It crashes, I can still hear sound but i cant change to the console view, it gets stucked with the screen frozen.

Please help, its so annoying...
