if the person hosting has it installed will all players in the game have the script in effect on their screen too?

I downloaded a GSC script to display a zombie counter and health bar, but it only works in solo. Is there another directory I need to place the GSC file in to have it work in a private match with friends?

my gsc is in: AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t5\scripts\sp
