No Russian announcer voice?

Russian Language Files doesn't have an announcer voice. Where can I find it? Unable to change language on steam

Hello! So I had to update the files for MW3 since there was an update and I had to uninstall/reinstall the dedicated server. Since I did that, the AI I installed works just fine, but now I can't play on any DLC maps. I tried looking at the installation guide, but I did not see an "Installing DLC" section. If anyone has an answer for this, feel free to let me know here or you can contact me on Discord.
